Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the takabt platform. This document constitutes a legal agreement between you and us.

Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the takabt platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "Member"). By using takabt's website, mobile app, or any of its services, you agree to these Terms.

The key definitions used in this document are provided below:

  • "Platform" — takabt's website (takabt.cam) and all services under it.
  • "Member" — a person who holds a registered account on takabt.
  • "Account" — a Member's personal gaming account.
  • "Wager" or "Bet" — placing money on any game or sporting event.
  • "Bonus" — additional credits or rewards granted by takabt.
  • "Service" — all gaming features including online casino, sports betting, and live gaming.

Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on takabt, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
  • Each person may open only one account.
  • You will operate the account in your own name and for your own use.

2.2 Identity Verification

takabt reserves the right to verify a Member's identity at any time. A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Please notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Age Requirements

Important: takabt is for people aged 21 and above only. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.

takabt's services are available to people aged 21 and above only. By registering on the platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. If evidence of registration by a minor is found, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all transactions on that account will be considered void.

takabt is committed to child protection. If you are aware that a minor is using this platform, please notify our support team.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods can be used to deposit funds on takabt: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, however additional verification may be required for large transactions.

  • Only your own payment account may be used.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
  • Successfully deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process. Your account must be fully verified to complete a withdrawal.

  • Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 5).
  • takabt reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Only bets placed on eligible games will count toward the wagering calculation.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each Member may claim each bonus offer only once.
  • Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit after the bonus is earned, the bonus will be forfeited.
  • takabt reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus terms at any time.
  • In cases of suspicious activity or bonus abuse, the bonus will be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

The takabt VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members receive a weekly cashback of up to 0.5%, Silver members up to 1.0%, and Gold members up to 1.5%. Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on overall gaming activity.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

  • All bets are placed at the Member's own discretion and voluntarily.
  • A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, unless it was processed incorrectly due to a technical error.
  • Game results are determined entirely by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG).
  • While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of statistics and information displayed on the platform, the right to make corrections in case of errors is reserved.

6.2 Sports Betting

  • If an event is cancelled or postponed, the funds for the relevant bet will be refunded.
  • Odds in live betting may change at any time — the odds on a confirmed bet remain fixed.
  • In the event of a dispute over the outcome of an event, takabt's decision will be considered final.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games — including slots, live casino, and fishing games — are operated in a fully fair and verifiable manner. takabt continuously monitors its systems to ensure fair play.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the takabt platform:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Registering or conducting activity using another person's identity.
  • Playing games using any software, bot, script, or automated method.
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors.
  • Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
  • Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
  • Placing bets using funds belonging to a third party.
  • Collusive activity against other Members.
  • Any attempt to compromise the platform's security systems.
takabt reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all deposited and won funds of any Member found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities listed above.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by takabt

takabt may temporarily suspend or permanently close any Member's account in the following circumstances:

  • Clear evidence of a breach of the Terms.
  • Failure to complete identity verification.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Regulatory instructions or legal requirements.

8.2 Closure by the Member

You may voluntarily close your account at any time through our support team. Please complete any pending withdrawals before closing your account. The valid balance of a voluntarily closed account will be returned.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

  • Content from game provider companies (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe) is protected by their own intellectual property rights.
  • Viewing and printing site content for personal, non-commercial use is permitted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, takabt is not liable for the following:

  • Losses caused by technical errors or system downtime.
